Cleaning services for Motril public early childhood and primary schools

Summary

The Municipality of Motril is procuring interior cleaning services for five public early childhood and primary schools: Virgen de la Cabeza, Río Ebro, Francisco Mejías, Reina Fabiola (including its preschool) and Cardenal Belluga (including its preschool). The service covers classrooms, toilets, gyms and common areas, offices, furniture and windows, with daily, weekly and quarterly tasks and a deep clean before the start of each school year. It requires 350 cleaning hours per week for 10 months each year, from September through June, under a two-year contract that may be extended twice for one year each.
