Refurbishment of the Passes Office in Building 206 at Torrejón Air Base

The Spanish Ministry of Defence is procuring a single-lot refurbishment of the Passes Office in Building 206 at Torrejón Air Base. The works include repairing damaged ceilings, lining walls with plasterboard, installing wood-effect PVC flooring, a new suspended ceiling and lighting, two doors and a partition with an access door, together with associated building work, waste removal and final cleaning. The works are to be completed within one month and no later than 15 December 2026.
