Restaurant services concession and catering at Madrid’s La Zarzuela Racecourse

Hipódromo de la Zarzuela is procuring a single, undivided mixed contract for restaurant operations and catering at its Madrid racecourse. The concession covers the Central Grandstand’s restaurant areas, the adjacent pelouse area and the Central Terrace bar, including food and drink service to race-day visitors and event guests. The contract also includes catering for the buyer on race days and at events it commissions, as well as breakfast or lunch for its staff on race days. The initial term is three years from 1 January 2027, with possible extensions of up to two years in total.
