Improvement and refurbishment of the Las Eras seafront promenade

Summary

Tenerife Island Council is procuring the comprehensive improvement of the Las Eras seafront promenade and the land-side area of the beach in Fasnia, Tenerife. The works include new paving, repairs and painting, replacement lighting and street furniture, an accessible route to the beach with a roll-out walkway to the water’s edge, two adapted changing rooms and a shaded area in the square. The works are to be delivered as one undivided contract over eight months; the estimated value is EUR 739,584.24 excluding IGIC.
