Pavement rehabilitation and access tunnel works at El Hierro Airport

Summary

AENA is procuring works at El Hierro Airport to rehabilitate the runway and aircraft-apron pavements, pave a small southern apron area for light aircraft, and carry out related works on taxiways. The works also include replacing airfield lighting with LED equipment and renewing primary cabling and horizontal markings, stabilising runway-end slopes, repairing pavement slabs and the airport access tunnel, and completing tests. The contract is for one undivided lot, lasts 9 months and has a base budget of €7,317,640.01 excluding VAT.
