Interior renovation of the former Trasvía schools

Summary

The Comillas Town Council is procuring the second phase of the interior renovation of the former schools in Trasvía, now used as a Teleclub and cultural centre. The single-lot works include removing existing tiled floors, excavation, new gravel, waterproofing, insulation and concrete flooring, brickwork, wall finishes and painting, a timber mezzanine, wood-effect tiled flooring, a built-in kitchen, and internal sanitation, drinking-water, electrical and heating installations. The estimated contract value is €41,086.54 excluding VAT (€49,714.71 including VAT), with a three-month execution period.
