Office paper supply

Summary

The City of Elche is procuring office paper for municipal departments, for use in photocopiers, printers and handwriting. The estimated annual supply comprises 4,540 packs of 500 recycled A4 sheets, 10 packs of recycled A3 sheets and 25 packs of virgin-fibre A3 sheets. The contract is for one year, with an option to extend it by one further year; the estimated annual budget is €20,000 including VAT. The procurement is not divided into lots.
