Design and renovation of Cine Chimisay as a multifunctional cultural venue

Summary

Puerto de la Cruz City Council is procuring, as one combined contract with no lots, the design and renovation of the former Cine Chimisay into a multifunctional cultural venue for cultural, social, recreational, municipal and conference activities. The work includes preliminary surveys and studies; architectural and engineering design, including installation subprojects in a BIM environment, stage-equipment and acoustic studies; construction; and the documents and digital building model needed for opening and subsequent maintenance. The maximum contract period is 31 months. The tender budget is €5,347,089.60 including the Canary Islands indirect tax.
