Cleaning and maintenance of the Guadarrama River and Poveda Stream channels and new landscaped areas

Summary

The Municipality of Collado Villalba is procuring cleaning, maintenance and conservation services for the natural, renaturalised and channelled sections of the Guadarrama River and the channelled section of the Poveda stream, together with specified new landscaped areas and associated features. The work covers eight zones and includes riverbed and vegetation care, irrigation and garden maintenance, upkeep of bioengineering features, paths, bridges and street furniture, waste removal and graffiti treatment. The 8.5-month contract is scheduled to run from 16 November 2026 to 31 July 2027, with a budget of €53,135.95 excluding VAT.
