Rehabilitation of the Casa dels Mestres for two public-purpose homes in Maçaners – Phase 1

Summary

Saldes Town Council is procuring phase 1 of the rehabilitation of the former Casa dels Mestres and school in Maçaners: works to complete and put the first-floor dwelling into independent use, including essential common areas, safe access and building services. The works cover structural repairs, roof and façade works, insulation, internal finishes, flooring, doors and windows, electrical and telecommunications systems, water, drainage, ventilation, heating and hot water, bathroom and kitchen fittings, waste management, quality control and site safety. The contract is not divided into lots, has a maximum budget of €199,592.75 including VAT and a nine-month execution period.
