Maintenance of CiberAcadèmia Services

Summary

The Cybersecurity Agency of Catalonia is procuring an integrated, single-lot service to operate and maintain CiberAcadèmia, its cybersecurity training initiative, through 31 December 2027. The service covers the creation, review, updating and digitisation of training content; academic administration, admissions and learner support; quality, compliance and performance monitoring; and technical support, maintenance and development of the learning platforms and related tools. It includes an optional variable component of up to €50,000 including VAT for cybersecurity training of healthcare-sector ICT professionals. The initial-period estimated workload is 5,859 hours; the total estimated contract value, including possible extensions and modifications, is €1,031,892.36 excluding VAT.
