Organisation of the Olentzero and Mari Domingi arrival and the Three Kings’ parade

Summary

Tolosa City Council is procuring the organisation and coordination of the annual arrival of Olentzero and Mari Domingi and the Three Kings’ parade in Tolosa. The service covers the morning events in a suitable indoor venue and the afternoon street processions, including event materials, organisational support, promotion and coordination. The initial two-year term covers events in 2026–2027, with an option to extend for two further years to cover events through January 2029; the contract is not divided into lots. The two-year tender budget is €49,914.44 excluding VAT, and the estimated value including the extension is €99,828.88 excluding VAT.
