Supply and installation of an automatic meter reading system for Renfe maintenance depots – MT6 Phase II

Summary

RENFE Ingeniería y Mantenimiento is procuring a turnkey automatic meter reading (AMR) system for its maintenance depots, including electrical, water, gas and diesel metering equipment, controllers, software, communications infrastructure, installation and commissioning. The scope includes approximately 37,500 metres of wired LAN cabling, 375 controllers, 142 modular low-voltage metering installations, 51 low-voltage and 22 medium-voltage incoming-supply meters, 89 water meters, 41 gas meters and 30 diesel meters. Delivery, installation and commissioning are due within 12 months; preventive and corrective maintenance and support are included for three years. The procurement is not divided into lots, and the estimated contract value is €4,610,435.50 excluding VAT.
