The Torrevieja City Council is procuring a single, non-lotted professional services contract for the supervision and execution management of construction works, building installations management, health and safety coordination, quality-control planning and monitoring, and preparation of the final project and documentation needed to legalise the installations for a day centre for people with Alzheimer’s disease and other neurodegenerative conditions. The service budget is €458,638.06 including VAT (€379,039.72 excluding VAT); the construction phase is scheduled for 20 months.
