Framework agreement for catering services at EMASESA events

Summary

EMASESA is establishing a single-lot framework agreement for catering at its corporate and institutional events, meetings and other activities, at its own premises or other designated locations within its operating area. Services may include coffee breaks, cocktail receptions, lunches and dinners, with the food, drinks, preparation, presentation, service and necessary equipment specified for each call-off. The framework will run for 12 months, with a possible extension of up to a further 12 months; it has a total tender budget of €39,125 including VAT (€35,650 excluding VAT), and may be awarded to up to eight suppliers.
