Raos 5 Quay Renewal Design and Technical Assistance

Summary

The Santander Port Authority is procuring the construction design and subsequent technical assistance for the renewal of Raos 5 quay, using the previously selected solution: a piled slab behind the quay with jet grouting beneath the existing structure. The contract also covers construction supervision support, health and safety coordination, BIM monitoring, and geotechnical, topographic and bathymetric, sediment, relocation-area and biological surveys, including assessment of compatibility with the Marine Strategy. The work is not divided into lots. The contract period is 15 months: 3 months for the design and 12 months for works supervision, starting from formalisation of the works contract.
