Public-space concession for a food truck and outdoor terrace on Avenida Mirador del Balconcillo

The City Council of Guadalajara is granting the exclusive use of 36.70 m² of public land on Avenida Mirador del Balconcillo for a mobile food truck and outdoor terrace to provide catering and restaurant services. The designated area comprises 8 m² for the food truck, 4.95 m² for a toilet unit and 23.75 m² for the terrace. The concession is due to run from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with annual extensions possible up to 31 December 2031.
