Café concession at the Municipal Music School

Summary

Rivas-Vaciamadrid City Council is granting a service concession to operate the café in the Municipal Music School building. The concession covers a 20 m² café, a 9 m² storeroom and a 305 m² terrace, serving drinks, snacks and other café products. The operator may also request temporary use of the adjoining concert hall for cultural or musical events, for up to 20 days per calendar year, subject to municipal authorisation. The term is two years, with a possible two-year extension; the contract is not divided into lots.
