Additive manufacturing service for Renfe Engineering and Maintenance

Summary

Renfe Engineering and Maintenance is procuring a 48-month additive manufacturing service for railway parts and production tooling. Parts may be made from physical samples, 2D drawings or 3D models, including obsolete components, small batches and prototypes; tooling and tooling prototypes are also included. The service will be delivered at Renfe’s additive manufacturing centre in Madrid and at the contractor’s premises. The contract is not divided into lots, and equipment provided for use at Renfe’s centre will become Renfe’s property at the end of the contract.
