Rental, transport and installation of a wooden nativity scene pavilion for Christmas 2026/2027

Summary

The City of Guadalajara is procuring the rental, transport, installation, assembly and dismantling of a wooden pavilion to house its monumental nativity scene in Plaza Mayor during the 2026/2027 Christmas and Three Kings festivities. The work also includes transporting the nativity scene components from the Francisco Aritio warehouse to the square from 1 November 2026 and returning them after 5 January 2027, as well as renting and moving an approximately 6 × 4 m raised platform for the interior display. The contract runs from 1 November 2026, or the later contract signature date, until 7 January 2027; the tender budget is €14,883 including VAT.
