SERMUBENIEL is procuring preventive and corrective maintenance of the existing sports equipment at Beniel municipal gym, together with specialist technical assistance to improve the gym’s management. The work covers equipment in the cardio, strength-training, free-weights, indoor-cycling and functional-training areas, including repairs and temporary replacement of unusable machines, as well as advice on spaces, schedules, activities, services, tariffs and staff training. The initial term is one year, with two possible one-year extensions; the annual budget is €24,000 excluding VAT and the estimated total value is €72,000 excluding VAT. The contract is not divided into lots.
