Construction works to upgrade the Plà de Parra recreation area

Summary

The Municipality of Náquera is procuring works to upgrade the Plà de Parra recreation area. The single, indivisible project includes improving accessible surfaces, refurbishing the paella-grill building, installing prefabricated toilets, a drinking-water pipe, a fountain, fencing, a play area, picnic tables and signs, as well as demolition and removal works. The works are to be completed within one month; the estimated contract value is €121,666.92 excluding VAT.
