Casa Peñas Building Rehabilitation, Phase 1 – Villaralto

Summary

The Córdoba Provincial Council is procuring the first-phase rehabilitation and structural consolidation of Casa Peñas, a pair of adjoining houses dating from 1900 at Plaza de la Constitución 13 and 15 in Villaralto. The works include demolition and debris removal, excavation and foundations, buried drainage and radon protection, new floor and stair-lift structures, steel frames, and reinstatement of the ground-floor granite path. The contract has no lots, is planned to last seven months, and has a budget of €207,835.47 including VAT.
