Dynamic purchasing system for project design, construction supervision and related technical services

Summary

Banco de España is establishing a dynamic purchasing system, with an estimated value of €9,975,000 excluding VAT, for recurring professional services relating to its buildings and other premises. The three categories cover general architectural and building-services projects, project supervision, works supervision and health and safety coordination (€6,500,000); the same services focused on building envelopes such as façades and roofs (€1,000,000); and complementary engineering and architecture services, including studies, technical consultancy, audits, quality control and project support (€2,475,000). The system will run for an initial three years and may be extended by two one-year periods; specific contracts will be commissioned as needs arise.
