Restoration and refurbishment of the facilities at Montroi Multipurpose Centre

Summary

The Montroi Town Council is procuring works to restore and refurbish its municipal multipurpose centre in Plaza España, Montroi, following damage caused by the 2024 DANA storm. The works cover the toilets and sanitation, plumbing and electrical systems, masonry and carpentry, retaining walls, wall and floor finishes, sanitary fittings and structural reinforcement, together with quality control, health and safety, and waste management. The contract is not divided into lots; the works are planned to take three months. The tender budget is €213,821 including VAT.
