Construction execution management and health and safety coordination for the new Institute of Astrophysics of Andalusia building

Summary

The Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) is procuring construction execution management and health and safety coordination services for the new Institute of Astrophysics of Andalusia building in Granada. The services include reviewing and issuing a favourable report on the health and safety plan, and monitoring safety and health measures throughout construction. The contract is not divided into lots, follows the main works contract, expected to last 12 months, and includes final works certification and contract liquidation tasks. The budget is €40,500 excluding VAT (€49,005 including VAT).
