Parque Empresarial Principado de Asturias is procuring business-activity coordination, health and safety coordination for works without a design project, and emergency and self-protection planning services for the Coke Batteries site, the Twin Buildings and building P-11 in Avilés. The service is estimated at 680 hours per year, allocated across the sites, for an initial two-year term with up to three one-year extensions. The coordination of health and safety for works requiring a design project and the buyer’s separately contracted occupational health and safety prevention services are outside the scope.
