Supply of traditional limewash, stucco and lime mortars for the Real Alcázar of Seville

Summary

The Patronato of the Real Alcázar of Seville is procuring successive supplies of traditional limewash (jabelga), stucco and lime mortars for preventive conservation, maintenance and restoration of the monument’s historic interior and exterior surfaces. The range includes lime and hydraulic mortars, coloured stuccos and fine finishes, wax and limewash in various colours; quantities will depend on needs as they arise, and the contract is not divided into lots. The initial term is 24 months, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with an option to extend for up to a further 24 months; the tender budget is €5,000 excluding VAT and the estimated contract value is €10,000 excluding VAT, including the extension.
