Mentoring training programme to promote women’s leadership

Summary

Adif is procuring the design, development and delivery of a tailored mentoring training programme to promote women’s leadership among employees of Adif and Adif Alta Velocidad. Each programme edition will involve 25–30 mentor–mentee pairs and include programme design, participant matching, training and follow-up sessions, individual support, launch and closing events in Madrid, and evaluation and recommendations. The 12-month service is organised in three phases: design, delivery and evaluation.
