Accident, travel-assistance and civil-liability insurance for students and other participants

Summary

The Basque Government is procuring accident, travel-assistance and civil-liability insurance for students, trainees, scholarship holders, programme participants and other groups covered by its education, training and cooperation agreements. The accident-insurance reference population comprises 23 listed groups and 92,260 people in total; the insured groups may change during the contract, with premiums adjusted accordingly. The procurement is not divided into lots and covers three years from 1 February 2027, with an option to extend for one year.
