Provision of external auxiliary and complementary services at passenger stations

Summary

ADIF is procuring external auxiliary and complementary services at passenger railway stations in 14 geographical lots. Ordinary on-site services cover 92 stations and include keeping stations operational, assisting and informing passengers, providing general and logistical support, and controlling access where required; extraordinary services may be ordered at up to 617 stations. In addition, 16 mobile service staff will visit and inspect stations. The contract runs for three years, with an option to extend it by two years, and has a maximum budget of EUR 50,786,934.68 excluding VAT.
