Project design and construction supervision for the comprehensive rehabilitation of Parque de los Patos

Summary

The Municipality of Huétor Tájar is procuring the design and subsequent construction supervision and health and safety coordination for the comprehensive rehabilitation of Parque de los Patos, damaged by flooding in February 2026. The services include preliminary studies, basic and detailed designs, a health and safety study, and plans for restoring the park’s drainage, sports grounds, landscaping, paths, playground, street furniture, lighting and perimeter fencing. The construction works themselves will be procured separately; the services contract is not divided into lots.
