Technical assistance and external audits for San Fernando Tourist Office quality and sustainability certifications (2027–2029)

Summary

San Fernando City Council is procuring technical assistance and the organisation of external audits for 2027–2029 to maintain, monitor and renew the Tourist Office’s Q tourism quality and S tourism sustainability certifications. The work includes ongoing advice, document updates, annual internal audits, and preparation for and support during external audits. The service is procured as a single contract, without lots; it requires at least 50 hours of work and at least two monitoring visits per year.
