Project design and construction supervision for the music school at the José Elorza building

Summary

Alfaro Town Council is procuring the design and subsequent construction supervision for the conversion of parts of the former José Elorza school building into premises for the municipal music school. The work mainly covers rooms on the first floor and an unused 162 m² ground-floor area to be adapted as a multipurpose cultural and music-school space. Deliverables also include plans for furniture and equipment, site and safety coordination services, as-built design and final construction documentation. The procurement is not divided into lots and has an estimated value of EUR 69,073.51 excluding VAT.
