Energy performance certificates, energy renovation reports and residential works supervision (Phase II)

Summary

València Sostenible is procuring services to support energy-efficiency renovations in homes in the municipality of Valencia under Phase II of the European CLR3-NEST project. The work covers selecting homes in two additional citizen-led renovation collectives and carrying out technical visits, preparing energy-renovation reports and, where required, energy performance certificates before and after renovation and works supervision. Technical advice and up to two group workshops are also included. The contract is not divided into lots, runs for two years and has a maximum budget of EUR 35,000 including VAT.
