Maintenance of peri-urban areas and landscaped grounds at municipal facilities in Sant Quirze del Vallès

Sant Quirze del Vallès Council is procuring a single-lot landscaping maintenance service for peri-urban areas, schoolyards and municipal sports facilities. The work includes mowing and brush cutting, cleaning, hedge and shrub trimming, planter maintenance, tree pruning and handling the waste generated by the work. The total base area is 86,603 m²; approximately 273,675 m² are treated annually, and up to 125 trees are pruned each year. The contract runs for two years, with two possible one-year extensions.
