Maintenance, improvement and cleaning of landscaped areas at the Torreferrussa estate in 2027

Summary

The tender is for the 2027 maintenance of approximately 15,600 m² of landscaped and parking areas at the Torreferrussa estate in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda, the headquarters of the Rural Agents service. It is reserved for eligible special employment centres and/or work-integration enterprises; bidders must declare that they hold the required CETI registration and be ready to provide evidence. The work includes removing weeds, leaves and green waste; mowing and brush-cutting; edging paths and borders; watering and fertilising as needed; pruning and replacing plants; pest control; cleaning the pond and its surrounding vegetation; repairing small wooden fences; and sorting waste for recycling. The contractor must monitor trees and palms, carry out palm-weevil prevention where needed, and clear broken branches and trunks. Plant-protection work and pruning require prior approval by the authority and suitably qualified, authorised staff. The contract runs for 12 months in 2027. The estimated staffing is 504 annual hours for a gardening assistant and 96 annual hours for a supervisor. Visits must take place at least once every two working weeks, generally on weekdays between 7:30 and 15:00. The ordinary response time for an incident must not exceed 48 hours; for a broken tree or palm, the response time must not exceed 8 hours after notification on a working day. The tender budget is capped at EUR 12,982.81 excluding VAT (EUR 15,709.20 including VAT). Bidders must submit a signed responsible declaration and price and technical offers. Price carries up to 70 points and technical improvements up to 30: up to 10 points for faster emergency response, up to 10 for lower-emission service vehicles, and up to 10 for environmental management certification such as ISO 14001 or EMAS. Vehicles must meet the required emissions standard, with technical documentation and environmental labels provided.
