Construction supervision for the museum conversion into changing rooms and access road redevelopment in Arkaute

Summary

Azpilur Euskadi is procuring construction supervision services for two projects at the Arkaute Police and Emergency Academy: converting a museum into changing rooms, and widening the access road, reorganising parking areas and redeveloping the surrounding area. The services also include health and safety coordination, quality and waste-management monitoring, environmental supervision and site monitoring using drone photography and video. Drone footage is to be captured monthly over 12 months, with a final video documenting the construction process. The procurement is not divided into lots.
