Renovation and refurbishment of the municipal swimming pool and surrounding area

Summary

Alcalá del Río Town Council is procuring renovation and refurbishment works for the municipal swimming pool and its surrounding area. The works are intended to modernise the sports facility, improve accessibility, safety and energy efficiency, and extend the pool’s availability to almost the entire year. The scope includes upgrading the pool basin and compensation tank, installing a retractable telescopic roof, and providing water, electrical and climate-control systems, aerothermal heating and solar energy solutions. The works are scheduled to take 16 months, and the contract is not divided into lots.
