The contract covers preparation of the basic and detailed designs and construction supervision for the expansion of IES Las Espeñetas secondary school in Orihuela. The extension is planned above the existing building and will have an approximate built area of 500 m², with four 45 m² classrooms, two 60 m² workshops, toilets and internal circulation areas. The services also include health and safety coordination, waste-management and quality documentation, and quality-control monitoring during construction.
