Reconstruction of Jaume I Theatre, Espai Jove Youth Centre and ADISALGE headquarters

Summary

The Municipality of Algemesí is procuring, under a single contract, the reconstruction of three municipal facilities damaged by the 2024 flood: Jaume I Theatre, the Espai Jove youth centre and the ADISALGE association headquarters, restoring them to their former condition and full use. The works comprise three separate projects to be carried out concurrently by one contractor, with project budgets of €210,030.47, €91,187.45 and €36,200.18 respectively. The total contract budget is €337,418.10 including VAT, and the works are to be completed within 8 months.
