Technical assistance for renovation of the former FEVE railway workshop in Valverde del Camino

The Valverde del Camino Town Council is procuring, as a single lot, technical assistance for the energy renovation of the former FEVE railway workshop and repair of its weather-damaged roof and building envelope. The services include preparation of the basic and execution project and the health and safety study, construction management and execution supervision, health and safety coordination, and technical support for procurement, delivery and acceptance of the works. The estimated value of the works to be designed is EUR 1,214,251 including VAT; the service is planned to last 18 months.
