Adaptation of lifts and remediation of deficiencies in Mallorca primary care buildings

Summary

Mallorca Primary Care is procuring work to bring lifts in its health centres into compliance with safety requirements. The work includes inspecting the lifts and installing photoelectric door-protection curtains in 49 lifts and load-weighing devices in 30 lifts, with the necessary adaptations, adjustment, testing and commissioning. The work is scheduled for 2026–2027; the contract is not divided into lots.
