Transport, assembly and dismantling of stands and other equipment for university open days and the Albacete Fair

Summary

The University of Castilla-La Mancha is procuring, in two lots for 2027, the design or adaptation, supply, transport, installation, maintenance and dismantling of stands and exhibition equipment. Lot 1 covers open days at five university campuses, with an estimated 83 stands, screens and two information totems. Lot 2 covers the university’s exhibition stand at the Albacete Fair, including audiovisual and other equipment and visitor-hosting services; the estimated total budget for both lots is EUR 70,000 including VAT.
