Upgrade of the tourist bus stop at San Francisco viewpoint

Summary

The Municipality of Úbeda is procuring works to create a tourist-bus pick-up and drop-off stop and improve the public space at the San Francisco viewpoint. The approximately 980 m² site will receive renewed paving, accessible paths and infrastructure, including stormwater collection, water supply and irrigation, and public lighting; the plans also include accessible public toilets, rest areas, adapted street furniture and new trees. The contract is not divided into lots, has an estimated duration of four months and a budget ceiling of EUR 146,000 including VAT.
