Renovation of the boiler room at El Bayu football ground

Summary

The Municipal Sports Board of Siero is procuring renovation works for the boiler room at El Bayu football ground to provide heating and hot water to the building’s changing rooms and other facilities. The works include removing the existing boilers, installing a high-efficiency condensing heating plant and two aerothermal heat pumps, and renewing the hydraulic, ventilation, gas, flue-gas exhaust and electrical systems. The room must also be adapted to machinery-room requirements, and the installation must be formally legalised. The budget is EUR 134,670.98 including VAT; the contract is not divided into lots.
