Remodelling of Paseo Cien Tiendas, Phase 1

Summary

The City of Logroño is procuring the first phase of the remodelling of Paseo Cien Tiendas, covering Doctores Castroviejo and Juan XXIII streets from the Doctores Castroviejo intersection to Avenida Solidaridad. The works include renewing the street layout and paving, creating green areas and sustainable drainage, installing street furniture and outdoor lighting, upgrading water supply, sewerage and lighting networks, and building underground service ducts. The works are to be completed within 15 months, and the budget including VAT is EUR 3,144,743.84.
