Adaptation and renovation of three spaces at Son Angelats sports centre

Summary

The Sóller Town Council is procuring adaptation and renovation works in three spaces at the Son Angelats sports centre, divided into three lots: conversion of a 60.3 m² second-floor room into offices for Sóller 2010, renovation of two ground-floor changing rooms, and adaptation of a ground-floor room for Civil Protection, including an emergency exit. The VAT-inclusive budgets are EUR 41,922.31, EUR 47,851.01 and EUR 26,167.68 respectively. The works are expected to take four months from the day after the site-setting-out record is signed.
