Interior refurbishment of the entrance and visitor rooms at CSS Baix Guinardó-Can Baró

Summary

Barcelona Municipal Infrastructure Company (BIMSA) is procuring refurbishment works at the entrance and visitor rooms of the CSS Baix Guinardó-Can Baró social services centre at Lepant 387, in Barcelona’s Horta-Guinardó district. The works will reorganise the entrance and waiting area, create four individual interview rooms of 7.91 m² each, and adapt the electrical, voice and data, climate-control, ventilation and lighting systems; a Wi-Fi repeater will also be added. The contract is for a single phase lasting up to three months and is not divided into lots.
