Solar project design service for CAT

Summary

The Tarragona Water Consortium (CAT) is procuring engineering services to prepare basic designs and technical specifications for three solar-energy projects. The work covers retrofitting existing photovoltaic plants to add battery storage at two sites and designing a new self-consumption photovoltaic plant with no grid export over the EB-0 water canal; it also includes site visits, data collection, preliminary studies, calculations, solution definition, budgets and project documentation. The procurement has one lot, and the estimated construction values of the three projects are EUR 2.5 million, EUR 1.5 million and EUR 15 million, respectively.
